The Woman Behind It

Sarah Gross is a politically engaged filmmaker, writer, and mother. She studied filmmaking at Harvard University. Her award-winning documentaries have been broadcast internationally, and been shown in festivals around the globe.

Having grown up in a multi-racial family in the U.S., Sarah Gross has a deep personal connection to stories of racism, identity and belonging.

She runs Bugle Films and has nationality in the U.S., Germany and the UK.

As head of Bugle Films she is fulfilling her mission of making the world a more empathetic place, one film at a time.
